The Center for Educational Measurement, Inc. (CEM) is highly committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of your personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
By proceeding with the CEM 48th Anniversary Conference registration, you acknowledge that CEM will collect and process the personal data you provide through this registration site for purposes related to your conference registration and participation. These purposes include program accreditation and sending conference-related communications, such as registration confirmations, event updates, program information, reminders, and other relevant announcements, through the email address you provide.
CEM shall implement strict controls and measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access and security breaches. Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties unless required or permitted by law, contract, or with your consent.
